Liaising with both new and existing clients, your duties as Customer Account Executive will include:- Working with new and existing customers
- Dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls
- Creating own sales leads
- Making outbound calls to new and existing clients
- Following up inbound leads from marketing activities
- Utilising social media to connect with new customers
- Passionate, driven, positive and enthusiastic with previous experience in a similar role
- Comfortable making new business calls to prospective customers
- A confident and pleasant telephone manner
- Good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work on your own initiative to targets
