Working as Part-time Receptionist, your duties will include:- Answering incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Identifying caller requirements and transferring calls
- Displaying a courteous and helpful manner at all times
- Taking meaningful messages when required and referring via email to the appropriate person
- Carrying out necessary system checks
- Booking meeting rooms
- Some front of house when required, meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments, signing in
- First class communication skills
- A professional and helpful telephone manner
- The ability to process calls quickly and efficiently
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
