  • Processing Invoices and Purchase Orders
  • Ordering any extras as required
  • Assisting with sales administration duties
  • Sending letters and liaising with customers and third parties
  • Providing reception cover when required
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Any other duties as required
You will have:
  • Knowledge of invoice processing
  • A good telephone manner
  • Strong administration skills
  • A passion for providing first class customer service

Working within the service administration team as a Service Coordinator, your duties will include:
  • Booking and coordinating all service-related works efficiently and to appropriate timescales.
  • Raising requisitions and ensuring service engineers are adequately certified and equipped for each site visit.
  • Providing service engineers with all site-specific relevant information (e.g. site contacts and access, equipment to be serviced etc) required for individual site visits.

  • Building an ongoing understanding of customers’ individual requirements, ensuring an efficient, professional service is delivered.
  • Ensuring all documentation is promptly sent to customers, accurately demonstrates the company’s professional outlook and complies with the company standards.
  You will be highly organised, efficient and able to meet deadlines, focused and observant with high attention to detail.  In addition, you will have strong administration and professional communication skills, being driven by customer service satisfaction, possessing the ability to work in an intense, fast paced environment.
