- Compliance Administration: monitoring and updating records, assisting with audits, inspections and compliance reporting, staying up to date with changes in employment and health and safety regulations
- Health & Safety Administration: assisting in the implementation and maintenance of health and safety policies and procedures, coordinate and record staff training, maintaining risk assessments, accident reports and acting as point of contact for any queries
- Overseeing general office management, ensuring a well organised, efficient and compliant workspace, managing supplies and equipment, assisting with company events, meetings and staff activities
- Previous experience carrying out a similar role, having strong administration skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- First class attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- The ability to use own initiative and make decisions

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer seeking an exciting new permanent job? Your duties as Quality Engineer will include:- Day to day support to keep QMS up to date
- Key contact for customer and external body complaints and assisting / directing QA & manufacturing staff in their investigations
- Assist in driving a culture of quality throughout the business
- Liaise with suppliers on ongoing performance and resolution of quality issues
- Create reports on QMS and site quality / environmental performance for review at senior management and board level
- Work as part of a team and lead teams producing FMEAs, risk management plans and risk management reports
- Be an integral part of the internal auditing team for all manufacturing sites and ensure completion of the audit schedule
- Work with suppliers to investigate root cause analysis and work with them to achieve permanent corrective actions
- Work alongside purchasing and materials management teams in creating supplier performance reporting
- Liaise with suppliers on PPAP requirements and new product introduction
- Support environmental auditing and reporting for the manufacturing sites, continuous improvement, external QMS audits at all sites, creating SOPs and producing company instructions for use literature
- Liaise with R&D in the testing of new products
- Experience of working in a plant-based manufacturing environment in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 & ISO 13485
- Excellent quality systems knowledge and quality management
- Internal auditing qualification (min ISO 9001)
- Creation and use of FMEAs
- Experience of problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa etc)
- A good general technical understanding
- Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent written and verbal skills
- A hands-on, “can do” approach
