Your duties as Part-time Administrator within the Facilities team, will include:- Acting as the point of contact for the Facilities team with contractors, suppliers, and colleagues
- Ensuring Health & Safety records are maintained and up to date
- Monitoring the Facilities Helpdesk
- Ensuring routine maintenance and safety checks are recorded and diarised ensuring full compliance at all sites
- Arranging necessary contractor appointments
- Working with the Maintenance Officer to ensure maintenance requests reported through the helpdesk are logged, attended to, and closed in a timely manner
- Assisting with Administration in other areas as required
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent organisational and prioritising
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence would be preferred but is not essential
