Are you an experienced Receptionist seeking a new job to start ASAP?  Are you free for 3 months (possibly longer)?  Would you like to work within a highly reputable law firm?  Is central Barnsley, South Yorkshire convenient for you?  If so, this could be just the job for you!

Your duties as Receptionist will include:

  • Processing all incoming calls in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Logging calls and taking messages
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Enduring the reception area is keep neat and tidy
  • Taking card payments when required
  • Assisting with filing

You will have:

  • Previous reception experience in a professional environment
  • A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Professional dress and demeanor

 

Previous experience of working within a legal environment would be desirable but is not essential.

In return, our client offers an outstanding team working environment and is superbly located within the centre of Barnsley.

This role is on a fixed term contract, initially for 3 months and the hours of work are 09:00 until 17:00 Monday to Friday.
