Customer Service Representative – £22,250 pa

Working within a busy call centre environment, your duties will include:

• Dealing with customer service-related enquiries
• Processing all telephone and email applications within company service standards
• Ensuring all application rejections / queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and customer focused manner
• Ensuring all amendments are completed accurately and in a timely manner and within company guidelines

You will have previous customer service experience within a professional environment, possessing first class verbal and written communication skills and a high level of accuracy.  In addition, you will have good administration and IT skills, experienced in the use of Word and Excel, and be a good team player.

This role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30, and Saturday mornings on a rota working remote.
