Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant currently seeking a new permanent job?  Is Liversedge, West Yorkshire convenient for you?  Would you like to work for a very well established, growing company?  If so, then this could be the ideal job for you!


Working with a small and friendly very busy office your duties as a Accounts Assistant will include:

  • Processing Sales & Purchase Ledger
  • Dealing with cash payments
  • Taking incoming calls and dealing with any queries
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Assisting with weekly wages for approximately 80 staff
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Any other duties as required


You will have:

  • Previous accounting experience using SAGE
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise a very busy workload


In addition, you will be a friendly, confident, flexible and adaptable team player able to work well under pressure.

Standard hours of work are 37.5 per week between 9.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility when required.
