  Your duties as Part-time Administrator within the Facilities team, will include:
  • Acting as the point of contact for the Facilities team with contractors, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Ensuring Health & Safety records are maintained and up to date
  • Monitoring the Facilities Helpdesk
  • Ensuring routine maintenance and safety checks are recorded and diarised ensuring full compliance at all sites
  • Arranging necessary contractor appointments
  • Working with the Maintenance Officer to ensure maintenance requests reported through the helpdesk are logged, attended to, and closed in a timely manner
  • Assisting with Administration in other areas as required
  You will have:
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising
  • Good communication skills
  • Driving licence would be preferred but is not essential

  Your duties as Warehouse Operative will include:
  • Working in a small, very friendly team
  • Counting in stock fully and booking in manually to correct location
  • Quality checking of goods booked in
  • Picking and dispatch of orders in a timely manner and to set guidelines
  • Following all warehouse processes and procedures – receiving, returns, storage, picking, packing, shipping, stock counts etc.
  • Maintaining an organised, clean and safe workplace
  • Participating in the investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies
  • Ensuring quality control checks, delivery deadlines and environmental objectives are met at all times
  • Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the warehouse environment
  You will have:
  •  Previous experience of picking and packing within a warehouse environment
  • A strong work ethic
  • Good computer skills

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor?  Are you free for long term temporary work until April 2025?  Would you like to work within a small very friendly team environment?  Is Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire convenient for you?  If so, then this could be just the role for you!

Working in a small busy call centre environment, your duties will include:
  • Taking incoming calls, logging all calls, updating details on the company database
  • Helping customers calling in needing advice or support with their product
  • Managing the diary system and organising and allocating engineers to jobs
  • Actively upselling warranty and care packages whilst liaising with customers
  • Assisting where possible with minor issues or complaints carrying out investigation to resolve or escalate accordingly
  • Any other admin duties as required by the department
You will have: * Strong customer service experience * Excellent IT skills * Confidence to upsell In addition, you will be an incredibly organised, methodical and self-motivated team player with strong customer focus.
