Working within the Customer Service department, carrying out a variety of duties to include:
  • Dealing directly with customers by telephone, email and occasionally face to face
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries
  • Preparing and checking quotations
  • Preparing and checking orders
  • Obtaining missing information to be able to prepare quotes and sales orders
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Handling, logging and resolving customer complaints
  • Booking in deliveries and updating them on the status
  • Sending out brochures and samples
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
  You will have:
  • Previous Customer Service and Administration experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills
  In addition, you will be able to manage your time efficiently, be proactive and have a flexible attitude The hours of work are 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 9am – 4.30pm on a Friday.
