We are proud to present our 22nd Temporary Worker of the Year Award to Ann Harwood. These awards are our opportunity to recognise the excellent work and dedication of our temporary workforce and Ann is an incredibly deserving winner of this accolade.
Managing Director, Deborah Austin commented: “Ann has been a temporary worker for our client Martin for over 2 years now starting in the June of the first year of Covid. The last 2 years have been an absolute pleasure and we’re looking forward to seeing Anne continue to thrive with our client. Anne has been an absolute diamond and it was so important to us that Anne knows her hard work and flexibility is recognised.

Martin added: ‘Ann has always been flexible and quick to jump in and help out. She has adapted her hours around the business and every piece of work she completes is done accurately and efficiently. Ann is so pleasant to be around and has never let us down, she is truly deserving of this accolade.”
On receiving her award Ann stated: ‘It’s a real honour to receive this, to think out of so many temporary workers that Elite manage, I was worthy, it really does mean the world. Of course, I wouldn’t have received this without the amazing support from both Elite and Martin, so thank you”.
