Trainee Graphic Designer – £25,000 pa

Your duties as Trainee Graphic Designer will include:

• Creating artwork
• Producing visuals, mock-ups and proofs to support sales and client pitches
• Preparing accurate, print ready artwork for suppliers
• Working closely with sales, suppliers and customers to refine designs
• Supporting wider design projects including catalogues, campaigns and internal branding
• Generating creative ideas to help win new business

You will have:

• A passion for design and eagerness to learn
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is vital. In-design experience is a plus but not essential
• Experience with AI tools or 3D design software is a plus, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail, especially for print and artwork setup
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and confidence working within a team
• A proactive attitude, willing to get stuck in and support the team where possible
