Residential Fee Earner – Circa up to £35,000 pa

Are you an experienced Residential Fee Earner seeking a new permanent job? Would you like to work within one of West Yorkshires’ award-winning leading law firms?  Is Bradford, West Yorkshire convenient for you?  If so, this could be the ideal job for you!

Your duties as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner will include:

• Sale, purchase, freehold & leasehold work
• Handling own high volume caseload
• Working cohesively within a team
• Using Proclaim case management system
• Preparing and processing letters and forms
• Generating revenue through business development, being able to demonstrate strong client management skills

You will have previous Conveyancing experience, together with first class communication and client management skills.  You will also have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work. In addition, you will be professional, proactive and enthusiastic, with a desire to develop the business further.
