Part-time Receptionist / Events Coordinator – £13.00 – £14.00 per hour

Working within a showroom environment, your duties as Part-time Receptionist / Events Coordinator will include:

• Managing calendar appointment and coordinating visits
• Promoting and hosting events
• Covering reception and assisting with telephone calls
• Serving food and drinks
• Replenishing stock and materials
• Supporting the board of Directors with travel arrangements when required
• General administration
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the facility

You will have:

• Previous experience within reception, event management or a related field
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• A confident and professional approach to your work
• The ability to manage your time efficiently

Additionally, you will be well presented, proactive and have a flexible attitude.
