Supporting the busy Probate Department in a very well established, highly reputable and successful organisation, your duties working as a Legal Secretary will include:

  • Audio typing using Big Hand system
  • Copy typing of letters, memos and documents
  • Diary management
  • General administration as required by the department
  • Liaising with clients or other professionals both face to face and via telephone

You will have:

  • Excellent audio typing skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • First class attention to detail
  • The ability to use your own initiative


In addition, you will be proactive and enthusiastic with a professional manner and first-class communication skills at all levels.

Hours are 22.5 per week which are flexible Monday to Friday between 08:45 and 17:15 with the option to work hybrid after your probationary period.
