Part-time Conveyancing Assistant – Circa £25,000 pa prorata

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant seeking a new permanent part-time opportunity? Is Guiseley, West Yorkshire convenient for you? Would you like to work in a well established, highly reputable and successful organisation? If so, then this could be the job for you!

Working within the Real Estates team, supporting fee earners, your duties will include –

• Dealing with general queries
• Assisting with completions
• Liaising with clients, Solicitors, Referrers and Estate Agents
• Typing various letters
• Conducting searches

You will have knowledge of Conveyancing together with first class communication and the ability to prioritise your workload.  You will also have experience of using CMS and in addition, you will be professional, proactive and enthusiastic.

This role is part-time, 22.5 hours per week, office based.
