Your duties as Materials Coordinator will include:

  • Engaging with Engineers to ensure they have materials required for the daily install
  • Tracking daily deliveries and ensure all Engineers have the most up to date information when requested
  • Liaising with other departments to help facilitate the return of additional materials
  • Communicating daily with supply chain partners
  • Organise for any missing or damaged equipment to be reissued and delivered to site
  • Update the admin platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job
  • Liaising with customers where necessary to assist with any issues and ensure the smooth running of their install

 

You will have/be:

  • Good data entry skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle a range of tasks and workloads
  • Self-motivated, confident in working independently as well as being a team player
  • IT literate with proficiency in mainstream software (Excel, Gmail, Word)
  • Committed to achieving the best outcomes for our customers with a focus on delivering excellent service
