Family Solicitor

If you are an experienced Family Solicitor seeking an exciting new career opportunity with one of West Yorkshires’ leading law firms, then this could be the ideal permanent role for you!  Being a very well established, highly reputable and progressive law firm who have recently won a number of awards and are very well respected in the West Yorkshire region, you will be in their prestigious Wakefield office

Working as part of a growing team, your duties as Family Solicitor will include:

• Working with a range of private client matters including divorce, financial matters, children’s cases, preparation of a Will, Lasting Powers of Attorney, preparation of trusts or the administration of an estate when a loved one has passed away
• Providing expert advice and support to clients and their families
• Dealing with complex cases
• Working as part of a growing team
• Running and assisting with high-value divorce / ancillary relief matters
• Working with autonomy, having the desire to succeed

You will have:

• 1 – 2 years PQE experience
• Experience of handling divorce and financial matters
• The ability to work independently
• First class communication skills
