Customer Service Representative – £22,250 pa

Working within a busy call centre environment, your duties will include:

• Dealing with customer service-related enquiries
• Processing all telephone and email applications within company service standards
• Ensuring all application rejections / queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and customer focused manner
• Ensuring all amendments are completed accurately and in a timely manner and within company guidelines

You will have:

• Previous customer service experience
• First class verbal and written communication skills
• High levels of accuracy
• Good administration / IT skills
• Experience of Word & Excel

This role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30, and Saturday mornings on a rota, with the option to work hybrid if desired.
