Working within a busy Finance Office, your duties working as an Accounts Assistant will include:
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Creating new accounts
- Distributing statements
- Processing payment runs
- Dealing with credit card statements
- Assisting with payroll
- Any other duties as necessary
You will have previous experience of working within an Accounts / Finance office, carrying out sales ledger duties. Experience of payroll, foreign exchange and SAGE 200 would be desirable, but is not essential. In addition, you will be extremely numerate, organised, efficient, able to meet deadlines and focused with high attention to detail.
