Your duties as HR / Recruitment Administrator will include:
- Supporting the HR team with a variety of admin duties
- Updating and maintaining systems
- Assisting with recruitment
- Liaising with Recruiting Managers
- Advertising vacancies
- Screening applications
- Arranging interviews
- Onboarding new recruits
You will have:
- Previous admin experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to use own initiative and make decisions in a fast paced environment
- Recruitment or HR industry would be a distinct advantage
In addition, you will be approachable, adaptable, flexible and organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
