HR Advisor – £30,000 – £32,000 pa prorata

Are you an experienced HR Advisor currently seeking a new role starting ASAP on either a temp to perm or initial 6-month FTC basis?  Would you like to work within a multi award-winning company with ambitious growth plans who offer an outstanding working environment?  Is Leeds, West Yorkshire convenient for you?  If so, this could be the perfect job for you!

Your duties as HR Advisor will include:

• Supporting the Head of HR with a variety of HR responsibilities
• Learning and Development
• Liaising with training providers
• Performance Management
• Upskilling Managers
• Dealing with ER issues
• Any other duties as required

You will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• The ability to hit the ground running
• Experience of working in a very fast paced environment
• Strong administration and communication skills
• The ability to use own initiative and make decisions

In addition, you will be approachable, adaptable, flexible and organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
