Are you an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator seeking a new and exciting permanent job?  Is Dewsbury, West Yorkshire convenient for you?  If so, this could be just the job for you!


Being responsible for the Sales Ledger function on multiple accounts and providing assistance to the Credit Control function of the business with an annual turnover of £21m, duties to include:


  • Query resolution
  • Assisting in the timely collection of payments from customers
  • Process and allocate monies received
  • Reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
  • Liaising with customers and dealing with queries
  • Provide aged debt reporting
  • Maintaining, monitoring and reviewing customer credit limits
  • Providing sales analysis and key performance indicators for large accounts
  • Ensuring audit controls are in place


You will have previous Sales Ledger / Credit Control experience, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with a good understanding of MS Office including Excel. Experience of SAGE 200 would be desirable, but is not essential.
