If you are seeking an exciting new permanent job opportunity working as a Sales Co-ordinator for a highly reputable, well established and successful company based in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, offering an outstanding working environment including free parking, then this could be the perfect job for you!

Working as part of a very friendly team, your duties will include:

  • Processing customer requirements and forwarding to the commercial team
  • Liaising with and working with sales and site staff
  • Managing costs to ensure accounted for
  • Coding invoices
  • Supporting the Sales Director and Sales Manager with a variety of duties
  • Attending site on occasion
  • Working to deadlines
  • Being extremely flexible to muck-in within a small team

 

You will have excellent IT skills, being advanced in Excel, highly organised and numerate with excellent communication skills at all levels and first class attention to detail.  In addition, you will be friendly, flexible and adaptable, being willing to “muck-in” where needed within a small team environment.

 

Hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and this is a permanent job to start as soon as possible.
