Are you an experienced Sales Administrator seeking a new and exciting permanent job?  Is Dewsbury, West Yorkshire convenient for you?  If so, this could be just the job for you!


Supporting sales activities to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability, your duties working as the Sales Administrator will include:


  • Answering sales calls and emails
  • Sales order processing
  • Dealing with stock queries and managing customer expectations
  • Liaising with customers and couriers regarding delivery queries
  • Having a good understanding of the product range to advise customers accordingly
  • Updating customer information


You will have previous experience of working in a similar role, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills together with a pleasant and professional telephone manner.  In addition, you will be computer literate, having good knowledge including Excel and MS Office, together with excellent attention to detail.  Telesales experience is desirable but not essential.
