Your duties working as a Sales Administrator will include:
- Responding to and dealing with customer enquiries quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Processing sales orders
- Providing administration support to Sales Representatives, with the production of quotations and handling of all service-related issues
- Producing Sales Order documentation for all confirmed orders
- Upselling to existing customers
- Interacting with existing and new customers, maintaining and building relationships
- Following sales leads to create new and potential enquiries and updating on inhouse system
- Promoting the company’s website, converting existing customers to use online service
- Liaising with a range of people from general office staff to Directors and owners
You will have previous experience of working in a similar role, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills together with a pleasant and professional telephone manner. In addition, you will be computer literate, having good knowledge including Excel and MS Office, together with excellent attention to detail.
