Your duties working as a Sales Administrator will include:

*  Dealing with customer enquiries via fax, email, post and telephone
*  Processing orders
*  Contacting suppliers for prices
*  Raising quotations
*  Liaising with Technical Department to obtain product information
*  Liaising with Production Control as to product availability, lead times and despatch dates
*  Supporting external sales team on various customer and order related issues

You will have previous experience within a customer service / sales administration role, together with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.  In addition, you will be a team player with strong IT skills and a good telephone manner.
