Working as a Payroll / Accounts Administrator, you will be carrying out a variety of duties, to include:
- Running Payroll
- Purchase Ledger
- Coding, processing, attaching delivery notes etc
- Assisting with general admin tasks for Sales, Engineering & Purchasing
- Some credit control via email chasing
- Answering incoming calls
You will have payroll and accounting experience together with a good understanding of Excel. In addition, you will have excellent admin skills, a professional and friendly telephone manner and a flexible and helpful manner within a small team.
This is a temporary role to start on a week to week ongoing basis, and the hours are available on either a full or part-time basis!
