Our highly reputable and well established client based in central Huddersfield, West Yorkshire are currently looking for a New Case Referral Assistant to join their busy team. Working as a New Case Referral Assistant, your duties will include:
- Dealing with new telephone and website enquiries and actively promoting the business services to convert enquiries into new cases
- Opening new case files and updating the company database
- Organising and maintaining case files through the case management system
- Any other duties as required to support the department
You will have previous customer service experience and an excellent telephone manner, being able to show empathy and having the confidence to deal with all levels of people and different situations. You will also possess strong admin skills and work with care and attention to detail. In addition, you will be a friendly, helpful and professional team player.
The hours are 22.5 per week and these must be completed Monday to Friday during office hours but are otherwise very flexible.
