Working within a busy call centre environment, your duties will include:
- Dealing with customer service-related enquiries
- Processing all telephone and email applications within company service standards
- Ensuring all application rejections / queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and customer focused manner
- Ensuring all amendments are completed accurately and in a timely manner and within company guidelines
You will have previous customer service experience within a professional environment, possessing first class verbal and written communication skills and a high level of accuracy. In addition, you will have good administration and IT skills, experienced in the use of Word and Excel, and be a good team player.

This role is part time, working 25 hours per week. Exact days and hours are negotiable but will be between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30, Monday – Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota working remote.
