If you are an experienced Accounts Assistant currently seeking a new permanent part-time job working afternoons, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you to join a very successful, growing company based in Liversedge, West Yorkshire.
Working with a small and friendly very busy office supporting the Accounts Manager, your duties as an Accounts Assistant will include:
- Taking incoming calls and dealing with any queries
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Weekly wages for approximately 75 staff
- Dealing with cash payments
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Processing Sales & Purchase Ledger
- Carrying out end of day procedure (PM shift)
You will have previous accounting experience, together with good communication skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a very busy workload. In addition, you will be a friendly, confident, flexible and adaptable team player able to work well under pressure. Payroll and SAGE experience would be desirable, but is not essential.
The hours of work are part-time Monday to Friday working afternoons from 1pm until approximately 7pm (must be flexible when required)
