This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an experienced Operations Administrator currently seeking a new and exciting permanent role within an extremely successful, very well-established, market leading manufacturing company, who are conveniently based on the outskirts of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire close to the motorway network.
Providing support to the Operations Manager, HR Department, Executive Assistant and Directors, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary management
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Minute taking
- Preparing reports and correspondence for meetings
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Executive Assistant
- Updating spreadsheets
- Providing reception cover
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Co-ordinating meetings
- Providing cover for the Executive Assistant when required
- Assisting the HR dept with training documentation and scanning
- Typing up notes
You will have previous administration experience together with professional communication skills at all levels, and strong written skills. In addition, you will be extremely organised with a high level of confidentiality, proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, flexible in your approach to all tasks, positive and engaging with excellent attention to detail.
