We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist on behalf of our client based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, who are an incredibly reputable and well-established family business with high standards, who pride themselves on providing a first-class quality, honest and reliable service.
Working as part of a small, very busy team, your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and dealing with incoming calls
- Organising flowers, refreshments and newspaper notices
- Uploading and maintaining information onto the system
- Sending invoices
- Completing legal documentation by hand, ensuring 100% accuracy
- Offering support at all times
You will have strong clerical and administration skills, good IT skills and excellent reading and writing ability. In addition, you will extremely organised with excellent attention to detail and able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be calm, practical, sensible and empathetic with the ability to work under pressure, having a strong focus on providing an exceptional and understanding service at all times.
This is a permanent full-time role, working an alternating pattern, hours as follows:
Week 1 – Tuesday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with ½ hour lunch and Saturday 9am – 2.30pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with ½ hour lunch
