Working for one of West Yorkshires’ leading law firms, our client is very well established, highly reputable and successful, and you would be located at their highly prestigious Huddersfield, West Yorkshire office.

Working for the New Business Team within the Residential Conveyancing Department, your duties as a New Business Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Opening new files for residential conveyancing transaction files
  • Supporting the department
  • Dealing with new clients
  • Ensuring that new instructions are imported onto the Case Management System and allocated to the appropriate Fee Earner as quickly as possible

You will need to have excellent customer service and telephone skills, together with the ability to work under pressure.  In addition, you will be a professional and friendly team player.  Experience of using a case management system would be desirable but is not essential.
