Are you an experienced Secretary seeking a new permanent job?  Would you like to work for one of West Yorkshires’ award-winning leading law firms?  Is Bradford and / or Guiseley West Yorkshire convenient for you?  If so, this could be just the job for you!

Supporting the busy Probate Department in a very well established, highly reputable and successful organisation, you duties working as a Legal Secretary will include:

  • Audio typing using Big Hand system
  • Copy typing of letters, memos and documents
  • Diary management
  • General administration as required by the department
  • Liaising with clients or other professionals both face to face and via telephone

You will have excellent typing skills, being extremely organised with first class attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative.  In addition, you will be proactive and enthusiastic with a professional manner and first class communication skills at all levels. Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential for this role.

Hours are full-time, Monday to Friday between 08:45 and 17:15.

This role is covering both Bradford and Guiseley, so either, and/or both locations are okay.
