Landscape Foreperson – £13.00 – £14.00 per hour

Working within the Landscape Construction division as part of a small team, your duties working as a Landscape Foreperson will include:

• Motivating and disciplining within a small team of landscaping operatives
• Ensuring a professional and efficient service is being provided to the client and productivity levels are being achieved
• Actively ensuring both the Company’s and client/site Health & Safety policies are rigorously adhered to by all team members
• Interpreting Architects’ drawings and setting out working areas for operational teams
• Liaising with clients, management and other team members
• You will need to be flexible in your approach to working hours, may be required to start early or work later in line with the operational needs of the business.  May also, on occasions, be required to work away from home.

You will have experience of carrying out commercial scale, construction site-based landscaping operations at supervisory level.  In addition, you will have the ability to interpret  Architects’ drawings, possessing excellent communication skills.  In addition, you will have CSCS card, SSST’s and a full driving licence.
