Your duties as working as Inbound Sales Support Administrator will include:
- Dealing within inbound emails and telephone calls
- Answering any queries
- Preparing quotations
- Chasing quotations sent out to convert into a sale
- Inputting orders
- Providing excellent customer service
- Using inhouse system
- Working to team monthly target
You will have previous experience, possessing excellent customer service and administration skills, being a confident communicator at all levels. In addition, you will be a friendly, personable and enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing exceptional customer service!
