HR Advisor – £16.00 – £18.50 per hour

Are you an experienced HR Advisor free to start as soon as possible?  Would you like an exciting and varied generalist role with a very successful, highly reputable and well-established market-leading company?  Is Huddersfield, West Yorkshire convenient for you?  If so, this could be just the job for you!

Working closely with the HR Partner, this is a fast paced, varied generalist role which will involve guiding and coaching managers on HR matters, leading/coordinating HR projects and initiatives and managing and developing the HR team, process and tasks to become a first-class function.  Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as the first point of contact for HR related queries, providing advice and guidance
• Assisting in production and delivery of training material to staff, including Management
• Conducting Health Reviews, Disciplinaries, Grievances and appeals processes
• Taking the lead on specific projects
• Providing support regarding complex Employee Relations issues
• Reporting on key HR metrics and conducting inductions

You will have:

•  HR generalist experience working within a busy, fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• A full UK licence
• Strong employment law knowledge and ACAS best practices
• CIPD qualified Level 5 (or working towards)

In addition, you will be confident, adaptable and pragmatic with the ability to build strong relationships with Managers.
