Working as a Customer Service Assistant, your duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outbound calls
- Updating the CRM and Excel spreadsheets
- Updating customers
- Organising contractors and making bookings
You will have excellent communication and IT skills, having previous experience working in a customer service role. In addition, you will be a friendly and helpful team player.
This role is temporary for 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
