This is an exciting opportunity if you are an experienced Customer Service Manager available to start immediately on a 6 – 12 month contract basis, seeking a role within a very rewarding environment, within a very well established and highly reputable organisation.  The role is based on the outskirts of Bradford, West Yorkshire, but you will be working remotely during the current COVID-19 situation, with presence occasionally required at the Bradford office, which is COVID secure.

Working as the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include:

  • Day to day management of a small, busy call centre team
  • Being heavily involved in providing the primary repairs and maintenance services
  • Ensuring accurate timely and quality diagnosis of repairs play a key role in managing the maintenance contractors
  • Engaging on a daily basis with your colleagues, customers and stakeholders to ensure that high performance is maintained


You will be an experienced call centre manager possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the organisation mission.  Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

In addition, you will be flexible and agile, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and challenges this varied role demands. You should be experienced in working within a performance driven environment and using data to drive performance improvements.

The hours are full-time, however, part-time or 4 days will be considered for the right candidate.
