This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an experienced Customer Service Executive, currently seeking a new and exciting permanent role within a very successful, growing company offering a niche and very interesting product!  Conveniently based in Morley on the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorkshire close to a motorway network, our client offers a great team working environment, great benefits and free parking!


Working as a Customer Service Executive, within a lively, passionate, highly customer focused team, your duties will include:


  • Answering customer’s order, service and product queries over the telephone and via a range of computer applications and social media platforms
  • Delivering exceptional, personal support through calls, live chat and emails and expected to go the extra mile with creating a strong relationship with our existing and new customers
  • Using your initiative with your approach but also understand that our customers are not only purchasing our product but are fans of the sport and the brands we work alongside
  • Retaining a close relationship with customers is a must, to achieve our brand value of providing the ultimate customer experience
  • You will be expected to manage your time efficiently to hit daily targets
  • Working within Customer Services, you will need to be flexible and adaptable to change. Being part of a growing, dynamic and innovative company, there will be changes whilst the business and network of customers continues to grow


You will previous customer service experience working within a business where cross department communications and relationships are key.  In addition, you will have a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative when presented with something you might not know or isn’t usual practice.

This role is permanent full-time, and the working hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
