Working as part of the Customer Service & Administration Team, your duties will include:
- Taking new client and customer enquiries
- Updating the company database
- Maintaining company database and records ensuring accuracy
- Any other administrative duties as required by the department
You will have previous administration and customer service experience and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. In addition, you will be able to work in a fast paced environment and be computer literate with packages such as Microsoft Office.
