Call Centre Advisor – £10.90 – £12.22 per hour

Are you an experienced Call Centre Advisor?  Are you free to start ASAP for a minimum of 3 months? Working within a call centre environment, team, your duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Taking details and inputting data
• Providing first class customer service
• Showing empathy when required
• Ensuring that all details are recorded accurately onto the system
• Extensive training will be provided

You will have:

• Previous experience of working within a call centre environment
• First class customer service skills
• Accurate inputting / keyboard skills
• First class attention to detail

In addition, you will be hardworking and committed with an excellent telephone manner and have a passion for providing first class customer service at all times.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, being flexible between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday to Friday.

These roles are temporary for 3 months with the possibility of permanent.
