This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an experienced Administrator currently seeking temporary work to start as soon as possible for approximately one month.  Working within a very well established, friendly company based in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire within a very friendly team environment.


Your duties working as Administrator will include:

  • Logging orders in the order book in Excel
  • Creating order sheets
  • Liaising with the factory re: delivery dates
  • Sending order confirmations to clients
  • Dealing with packing lists and export documentation when required
  • Liaising with freight forwarders
  • Producing and sending Invoices
  • Answering incoming calls


You will have good administration skills together with excellent Excel skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.  In addition, you will be a confident communicator with a GSOH.

This role is temporary to start as soon as possible for approximately one month and the hours of work are 8.00am until 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am until 3.00pm on Friday.
