Working as an Administrator, your duties will include:
• Answering calls / dealing with visitors in reception
• Helping to set up lunches
• Customer service administration
• Updating customer files with snagging issues
• Data entry
• Making calls to make appointment for contractors to visit customers
• Accounts admin, tickets matched to orders, sending reports on recycling and waste to HO and meter readings for site offices
• Being incredibly flexible to muck in where needed working as part of a small team
You will have previous administration experience, together with a strong work ethic and confident communication skills. In addition, you will be proactive, flexible and adaptable with a good sense of humour!
Working hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday with a 4.00pm finish on Friday.
