Working within the Customer Service and Logistics Department, your duties as an Administrative Assistant will include:
- To complete tasks in a timely manner in order to meet SLA’s of customers and suppliers
- Following a strict schedule of administrative tasks
- Building effective relationships with colleagues
- Liaising with internal and external people
- Complying with all requirements of the Health & Safety policy and procedures
- Any other administration duties as required
You will have previous administrative experience, possessing good Word & Excel knowledge, confident communication skills, being able to build relationships with internal and external colleagues, having a strong focus on customer service, working to targets and meeting SLA’s. In addition, you will be a helpful, pleasant and friendly team player with a desire and willingness to learn new skills.
