Working within the Finance Office, your duties working as an Accounts Assistant will include:
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Processing of Sales Returns/Credit Notes/Advised replacements
- Credit control, creating new accounts, distributing statements, processing payments
- Answering and transferring calls
- General administrative duties as required
You will have previous of carrying out general administrative duties within an accounts environment, together with excellent communication skills. In addition, you will be extremely numerate, organised, efficient, able to meet deadlines and focused with high attention to detail.
