If you are an experienced Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper seeking a new permanent job with a highly reputable, very well established and successful, company based in Liversedge, West Yorkshire, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you!

Working as an Accounts Administrator within a small friendly office, your duties will include:

  • Matching purchase orders to purchase invoices
  • Entering Invoices
  • Supplier statements and checking purchase statements
  • Liaising with customers
  • Credit control
  • Reconciling payments
  • Answering incoming calls and any other duties as required


You will have previous experience carrying out a similar Accounts role, together with confident communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.  In addition, you will be self-motivated and flexible to “muck-in” when needed, having previous experience of SAGE.
