Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator? Your duties as Accounts Administrator will include:


  • Match purchase invoices to purchase orders and obtain correct authorisation
  • Contact customers regarding overdue payments and queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Set up and open new customer and supplier accounts
  • Process credit notes
  • Dealing with internal and external enquiries
  • Process company card payment and ensure correct authorization process is adhered to


You will have experience of carrying out a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.  In addition, you will be highly numerate, structured, organised and able to manage high volumes of paperwork and work to strict deadlines.
