Working alongside the Accounts Manager, your duties working as the Accounts Administrator will include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Handling Statements & Invoices
- Dealing with 7-day letters and legal team for non-payments
- Handling queries, dealing with clients and suppliers
- General accounts administration, including cheques and card payments
- Checking Customer Credit ratings
- Liaising with internal sales regarding credit ratings
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar role, being highly numerate with first class attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, you will be a good team player, able to also work on your own initiative with excellent communication, interpersonal and Excel & Word skills. Ongoing training will be provided for the right candidate.
