Your duties as Service Controller / Service Coordinator will include:

 

  • Carrying out administrative/service control duties in relation to service and maintenance contracts
  • Dealing with enquiries from customers and engineering staff
  • Carrying out duties necessary to deliver an efficient and effective service
  • Updating and controlling job database systems
  • Compiling reports
  • Assisting with organising work schedules to a cost-effective manner

 

You will have:

 

  • Previous experience undertaking a similar role in an administrative/service environment
  • Strong IT skills including Word & Excel
  • The ability to work as part of a small, very fast paced team but also have initiative to carry out works on your own and manage your own workload
  • Confident communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills

 

In addition, you will be a friendly, confident, flexible and adaptable team player with a helpful manner.  Technical background experience would be desirable but is not essential.

This role is permanent full-time and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 until 17:00.
