Deborah has over thirteen years' commercial recruitment experience. Prior to elite she was responsible for managing the permanent division for an international employment agency. In addition to this, she has six years management experience within the property industry and has also worked for an executive outplacement consultancy in Leeds

Gemma Hey MREC, CertRP - Senior Consultant

Gemma is enjoying her fourth year of running an extremely successful permanent division. Prior to that she was a valuable member of the elite temporary team. Since graduating in February 2002, Gemma has worked mainly within a customer focused environment, which is where her main strengths lie.

Beth Snee - Temporaries Consultant - Part Time

Beth joined the elite team in November 2004. Since returning from maternity leave in December 2006, she has been working alongside Deborah, being responsible for running the desk part-time Monday, Thursday and Friday. Prior to elite, her background was that of a ‘high pressure’ customer service/sales environment within the finance industry.

Beryl Sucksmith – Secretary/Administrator

Deborah, Gemma and Beth receive invaluable administration and back up support from their Secretary Beryl, who has over 30 years secretarial, accounts and administration experience.

Additionally an Accounts Assistant is employed - Eileen Newsome.
